GENERAL GUIDELINES:

• Loka Kerala Sabha membership is limited to Indian citizens only. OCI cardholders will be given Special Invitee status in the Sabha
• The application procedure is strictly limited to the online portal. LKS Secretariat will not accept offline or email applications
• Applications with false and incomplete information will be rejected. No applications will be accepted after the deadline
• This application procedure exclusively aims to select the Loka Kerala Sabha members/invitees. The screening committee of the 4th Loka Kerala Sabha is the responsible authority for the selection procedure
• Since the selection procedure follows stipulated guidelines, screening committee reserve the right either to accept or reject any application. The applicant cannot object if their application is rejected
• The intimation will only be given to the selected Members/Invitees via email
• The government will meet food and accommodation expenses of the selected delegates
